Meet the instructor
Sean Bates
Sean Bates brings over two decades of hands-on experience auditing management systems across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. He is a Certified Management Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants and one of only seven Australian-based Aerospace Experienced Auditors, with lead auditor experience spanning defence, government, and private-sector organisations across more than 40 countries.
Sean holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia, a Master of Business from UNSW, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His career has combined practical auditing work with training the next generation of auditors, giving him a practitioner's grasp of exactly the kind of clause-level changes this course covers.
